1. Description of Service

Attenzex is an attendance tracking and timetable management tool. It offers calendar organization, manual logging, and automated timetable parsing features using artificial intelligence.

2. User Accounts & Security

To access most features of the App, you must register an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

3. Subscription & Payments (VIP Premium)

• Billing: We offer a VIP Premium upgrade (6-month subscription) to unlock unlimited AI timetable scans and premium configuration tools.
• Payment Gateway: All billing transactions are securely handled by Razorpay.
• No Refunds: Payments made for the premium upgrade are non-refundable.
• Promo Keys: Promotional unlock codes or license keys can be redeemed inside the App to unlock premium access. These keys have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or sold.

4. Usage Rules & Compliance

• You agree not to upload harmful, offensive, or copyrighted materials (such as images you do not own) to the App.
• You must not attempt to disrupt the App's servers, databases, or third-party APIs.
• The App's content, logo, branding, and user interface are protected by intellectual property laws and belong exclusively to us.

5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• The App and its AI timetable parser are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that the AI parsing engine will be 100% accurate.
• We are not liable for any lost data, missed classes, or academic issues arising from reliance on the App.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the App or your account at any time without prior notice if you violate these Terms.
